A long time ago, maybe a couple years
back, the only means of communicating through the internet was via
e-mail. Then
in no time flat, social media sites like Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter
arrived. All of a sudden your business was everyone’s business. The power of
these networks has been evidenced by the toppling of oppressive regimes
in the
Middle East, outing celebrities and exposing politician’s sexual
proclivities. What makes these sites scary is that it is very easy to create a
fictitious
person solely for the purpose of monitoring what people say.

Do you have too much love for your computer?? Is it keeping you from interacting with other humans? Sounds silly, huh? Well it’s not and it is a growing problem. A heated debate is rising among psychologists. With the explosion of excitement about the internet, some people seem to be a bit too excited. Some people spend way too much time there.
