My mom actually got a strange gift this year from my sister - she got her a "senior" cell phone. It's not that I haven't heard of these specific phones before, but its the brand that I'm not filmilair with at all. Has anyone else had experience with the SVC brand? I know its from a prepaid carrier, Tracfone from what my sister told me, but how trustworthy is the network? It's her first phone, so I'm curious.

My mother used Tracphone for a couple of years, and they were great. Good customer service, very helpful when she had questions. She switched to be on the same carrier as the rest of the family, and I can tell you from experience that Tracphone is a good company.
