I have one that I bought over 12 years ago and it still works wonderfully. I just can't remember how to cancel the alarm, lol. It still wakes me up every night in the middle of the night playing nature sounds. I tried to cancel it and I ended up setting another alarm that goes off during the daytime.

It has 3 alarm settings, if only I could find the instruction manual, lol.

Bill, sorry to hear your display doesn't work. Timex has a very useful website, they may even have the manual available for free as a downloadable pdf.

If the clock is under warranty, you can contact them for service via the site on their warranty page, http://www.timex.com/info/Warranty .

    Hope that helps!

Had one for years it was great till the display went bad. I don't think they make then anymore. I'm looking for a hidden stash somewhere.
