Samsung is alleging that six employees at competitor LG have stolen or leaked its OLED technology and some inside secrets. Two of the accused employees used to work for Samsung, according to Bloomberg.

Instead of seeking monetary damages, Samsung wants LG to issue a formal apology, which could be much more costly in terms of sales. LG isn’t biting, however. The company says the information its employees obtained is “widely known” throughout the industry and is not, in fact, secret.

LG also countered, saying it plans to sue Samsung for defamation.
