Seniors-Specific Factors: Episodic Memory

In comparison to the rest of the population, seniors have difficulty recalling episodic memories. There are generally two ways to improve these age-related deficiencies: boost memory strategies and enhance cognitive support. Memory strategies are tools that enable us to process and understand information so it is later remembered with clarity and accuracy; cognitive support refers to courses of action where memory is retrieved through certain cues and associations.
