As everyone decides what size tablet is right for them, Sony debuts the Tablet S, a 9.4-inch diagonal tablet with front- and rear-facing cameras, bluetooth stereo, dual-core Tegra 2 processor and Android 3.1 (Honeycomb). Sony's designers have done something interesting with this one, ergonomically. The shape is thinner on one side and rounded and wider on the other, balancing the weight for easier reading and holding. It is kind of like reading the left page of a magazine with the right side of the magazine folded under at the binding. Unique, also props it up ever-so-slightly for horizontal viewing. They call the display TruBlack, offering deeper blacks and better contrast, making the screen easy to see in almost any light. Internal storage is 16 or 32GB, and an SDHC slot allows for up to 32GB cards for storage and transfer. Connectivity is via Micro USB. It's also Playstation Certified for certain games, and comes pre-installed with Crash Bandicoot and Pinball Heroes.
