I am diagnosed with depression, bipolar, mood disorder, etc… I am 46 yrs. young and have noticed my memory, and concentration level have really changed. I was very sharp in high school – but I realize we all age. I am looking for something/anything to help me. Alzheimers runs in my family, and Im afraid I will get it….
